Founded in 1875, the American Bankers Association represents banks of all sizes and charters and is the voice for the nation's $13 trillion banking industry and its 2 million employees. ABA brings together the talent, energy and perspectives of its members to bring about positive change. Membership, which includes community, regional, and money center banks and holding companies, as well as savings associations, trust companies, and savings banks, makes ABA the largest banking trade association in the country.
