Lisa is responsible for the business development of our large asset-sized financial institution program, as well as professional liability and cyber insurance product management. She is a licensed CPA and a member of the Society for Financial Professionals, and earned her B.S. cum laude in Accounting from Purdue University, Indiana.

Mike is responsible for all revenue generating activities, including new customer acquisition, demand generation and agent experience for our Financial Institution program. He earned his M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, his M.P.A in Public Administration from Indiana University, Indiana, and B.A. in Economics from Hiram College, Ohio. 

Justin is a graduate of Kent State University, Ohio, with a degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Business.

Brian's underwriting focus is on the exposures relative to community banks as well as building agency relationships and new business development. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Matt underwrites professional liability and bond coverage for community banks with assets under $500 million, and provides program and product analytics for our financial institution program.

John's underwriting focus is on the exposures relative to community banks as well as building agency relationships and new business development. He earned his Bachelor's from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.

Joe's underwriting focus is on the exposures relative to community banks as well as building key agency relationships and new business development. He earned both his M.B.A. and and BSBA in Finance and Economics from John Carroll University, Ohio.

Tom's underwriting focus is on the exposures relative to community banks and trust companies, building agency relationships and new business development. He earned his MBA from Miami University, Ohio, and Bachelor's in Economics from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania.

Matt underwrites professional liability and bond coverage for community banks with assets under $2 billion. He earned a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Kent State University, Ohio.

Wayne comes to ABA Insurance Services with 8 years of regulatory experience with the Federal Reserve. His background experience is beneficial in evaluating and overseeing enterprise risk management for our bank program. He earned both his MBA and Bachelor of Business in Finance from Western Illinois University.

Ann's underwriting focus is on the exposures relative to community banks and trust companies, building agency relationships and new business development. She earned her B.S. from Ursuline College, Ohio.

Bill primarily focuses on the unique exposures relative to large asset-size financial institutions in assets, building key agency relationships and new business development. He earned his M.B.A. from Kent State University, Ohio; B.S. in Finance from the University of Dayton, Ohio; and his RPLU (Registered Professional Liability Underwriter) designation.

Jim's underwriting focus is on the exposures relative to community banks and trust companies, building agency relationships and new business development. He earned his M.B.A. from John Carroll University, Ohio and Bachelor's from the University of Toledo, Ohio, and maintains the designation of CPCU (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter).

Christine manages our P&C underwriting team in addition to underwriting property and casualty lines for financial institutions. She earned her BA from Miami University, Ohio.

Joanna underwrites property and casualty lines for financial institutions. She earned her BA in Public Relations from the University of Toledo, Ohio.

Kelly underwrites property and casualty lines for financial institutions with an emphasis on building strong relationships with agency.  With over 14 years of underwriting experience, she earned her AAS certification from Anoka Technical College, Minnesota.

Angela underwrites property and casualty lines for financial institutions. With over 25 years of underwriting experience, she earned her B.S. in Communications from Radford University, Virginia.

Tom works closely with our agency partners to underwrite and deploy long-term market-leading P&C insurance solutions for financial institutions

Barbara underwrites property and casualty lines for financial institutions. With over 35 years of underwriting experience, she earned her B.S. in Marketing/Marketing Management from Northeastern University, Massachusetts.

Jade provides underwriting administrative support for our P&C program for financial institutions.

Cheryl handles policy rating on new and renewal accounts, and assists with the post binding process.

Jordan provides administrative support for the P&C underwriting team. She earned her degree in Sports Studies from John Carroll University, Ohio.

Scott has 20+ years in the insurance industry, being responsible for business development by working with agents and bankers across the country. He has extensive knowledge of the bank insurance market, with experience extending to professional and package lines.

Pat is responsible for new business development and account relationships for our financial institutions program, specializing in large and complex accounts. She has a BS in Mass Communications from Towson University, Maryland, and earned her CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation.

Catherine's responsibilities include the financial institution program’s marketing as well as company-wide brand, communications and social media efforts. She has a B.S. in advertising with a minor in graphic design from Kent State University, Ohio.

Dawn provides administrative support for our professional liability and bond program for financial institutions as well as the STAMP Medallion program. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business from Hocking College, Ohio.

Chris provides administrative and underwriting support for our professional liability and bond program for financial institutions. She is one of our legacy team members, helping launch our bank program in 1987.

Crystal provides administrative support for our professional liability and bond program for financial institutions. She is one of our legacy team members, having been with the program since its start-up in 1987.
