Eric manages our claims group, responsible for overseeing the proper administration of insurance claims. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame and received his bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University.

Sarah manages cyber, professional liability and bond claims for our financial institution insurance program, specializing in complex claims. She earned her Juris Doctor and MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio and her B.A. in political science from the University of Akron, Ohio.

Deb manages Directors & Officers Liability and bond claims for our financial institution insurance program in addition to ABA Insurance Services' corporate compliance requirements. She has published articles in the Fidelity Law Journal and is an active member of the Inns of Court. Deb earned her Juris Doctor from George Washington National Law School, D.C., and B.A. from Denison University, Ohio

Ann manages the fidelity bond book of claims for the Financial Institution program and is a speaker on fidelity claims related topics. She is a member of the American Bar Association TIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Fidelity Law Association. She earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ohio, and her Bachelor’s in Accounting with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Amanda handles Directors & Officers liability and bond claims for our financial institution insurance program. She earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ohio and her B.A. in Political Science, International Studies in Latin America, Spanish from Ohio University, Ohio.

Jennifer primarily manages employment practices and cyber claims for the Small Business insurance program, and is a frequent speaker on employment-related topics. She earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Ohio and B.A. in political science from Miami University.

Laura manages the Employment Practices book of claims across the company’s programs, and is a frequent speaker on employment-related topics. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ohio, and Bachelors in English and political science from Wittenberg University, Ohio.

Gigi is a fully licensed insurance adjuster handling claims in the Small Business Program. She reviews and evaluates coverage to work toward the resolution of claims. She works closely with defense counsel in the investigation of claims and also attends mediations or arbitrations as necessary.

Aaren manages cyber, professional liability and bond claims for our financial institution insurance program. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law, Ohio and her B.A. in Journalism from Ohio University, Ohio. 

Todd handles Directors & Officers liability and bond claims for our financial institution insurance program. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University/Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Ohio, and his BS from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.

Gabrielle handles Directors & Officers liability and bond claims for our financial institution insurance program. She earned her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ohio, and her BA from Boston University, Massachusetts.

Kevin is a licensed claims specialist and paralegal for our Financial Institution insurance program. He reviews and evaluates coverage for bond and professional liability claims. 

Nancy is a licensed insurance adjuster handling claims in the Small Business program. She reviews and evaluates coverage for EPL claims and works with insureds and defense counsel to resolve those claims. Nancy earned a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from the University of Michigan.

Mary provides support to the Claims Team Managers, Claims Attorneys and Adjusters in the Bank Program, and is responsible for multiple complex reports along with the inputting and records management of the Bank Program’s excess claims. She earned her Executive Secretarial Degree/Medical Secretary Diploma from Lorain Business College (nka Ohio Business College), Ohio.

Michelle is responsible for monitoring all compliance activities and programs, as well as maintaining ABA Insurance Services’ fulfillment of, and adherence to, all regulatory and legal requirements to function. She also provides legal assistance to claims attorneys within our financial institution program.

Emily handles the intake, opening and assigning of new claims for the Small Business insurance program. In addition, she reviews and ensures that defense counsel payments are issued in a timely and accurate manner. Emily earned her Master’s in Art History with a Certificate of Curatorial Studies from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and her Bachelor’s in Art History from Case Western Reserve.
