It's important that you notify us of a potential claim as soon as possible to ensure that notice under the policy is timely. Initial Information needed when reporting any claim:
- Your contact information
- Your policy number
- Description of the claim
- Any supporting documentation, such as a copy of the complaint

ABA Insurance Services will contact you, confirming within 48 hours the receipt of your claim. Claims processes differ depending on the type of claim filed. The matter will be forwarded to either a claims adjuster or a claims attorney who will contact you shortly to discuss the matter in further detail and explain next steps in the claims handling process.

Once submitted, Great American will assign your claim to a claims professional who will contact you to acknowledge the claim and initiate the claim process and investigation.
